Mr. Prasad Kalla is an MBA graduate from Victoria University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He moved to Australia from Khammam, Andhra Pradesh, India to pursue education and experience a different culture. He completed his engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University in India.

He currently leads BOSS (Aust) Consulting Pty Ltd, which operates 26 petrol and convenience stores under the BP banner. He values cultural diversity in the workplace and creates a positive, professional work environment for all employees.
