Samba Siva Rao Tavidisetty is the Head of Victoria, New Business Development, Diversification, and International Expansion at BOSS Group. In this strategic leadership role, he oversees all operations in the Victorian market while spearheading the organization's long-term growth. His core responsibilities include driving new business development and strategic partnerships, leading diversification efforts to build resilient revenue streams, and managing international expansion to ensure compliance and strong global relationships.
Sam’s career is marked by a focus on building high-performing teams and achieving operational excellence. His leadership philosophy combines a strategic vision with a people-first approach, fostering collaboration and empowering his teams to drive results. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Osmania University, Hyderabad. His professional journey includes significant tenures as a Senior Business Analyst at Chevron (6 years, 9 months) and as State Manager for Victoria at 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd (6 years, 3 months), equipping him with deep analytical skills and operational expertise in the retail and fuel sectors
