Mr. Srinivas Tellakula
Srinivas Tellakula leads the Acquisitions and Developments vertical at BOSS Group, driving the identification of prime properties and execution of high-impact projects. His journey began in Australia as a part-time console operator, where his curiosity for the business led him to build greenfield service stations gaining hands-on exposure to land acquisition and council regulations. This experience steered him toward residential development, prompting him to obtain a full real estate license in Queensland and later found Elite Construction and Projects. His academic background in Agriculture and Environmental Engineering continues to influence his commitment to sustainable development across all projects.
With expertise spanning real estate acquisition, due diligence, project management, and market strategy, Srinivas has played a key role in expanding BOSS Group's portfolio. He has successfully delivered high-profile developments on time and within budget while fostering strategic partnerships and operational efficiencies. His leadership style is rooted in transparency, integrity, and collaboration, empowering his teams to uphold the highest standards. Outside work, he enjoys music, strategic card games, and traveling overseas experiences that bring fresh perspectives to his professional vision.
