Mr. Krishna Prasad Bodla
Kris Bodla serves as CEO of BOSS Group (Australia), bringing over two decades of visionary leadership to the organization's diverse operations across Retail, Property, Construction, Hospitality, and more. His journey began in India, where he designed and implemented a comprehensive Management Information System at Srinivasa Hatcheries Group an early demonstration of his ability to blend technology with business process improvement. In 2002, Kris co-founded BOSS Group Australia and has since played a critical role across every function, from operations and systems development to strategic growth.His hands-onleadership and adaptability have been instrumental in transforming BOSS Group into a resilient, multi-sector enterprise recognized in Forbes Australia and Convenience World Magazine
Kris's leadership philosophy is rooted in clear vision, integrity, and empowerment. He fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and ownership at all levels while maintaining an unwavering focus on customer experience and ethical responsibility. A lifelong learner, he is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders. Outside work, Kris enjoys cricket, rugby, Indian music, travel, and reading interests that enrich his global perspective and keep him connected to both business and community.
