Ganesh Arvapalli is a dedicated professional who has grown with BOSS Group over nearly two decades, progressing from Console Operator in 2006 to Multi-Site Manager, where he honed his skills in operational excellence. In 2016, he took on the role of Renovation Specialist, leading the transformation of aging service stations into modern assets. By 2024, he was appointed Asset Manager, now overseeing the company's entire asset portfolio, including performance, maintenance, divestment strategy, and capital improvement projects. He also leads the critical fuel supply channel and manages two laundrette businesses, demonstrating remarkable versatility and operational breadth.
Ganesh's professional philosophy is grounded in mutual respect and collaboration he believes in fostering a workplace where support and understanding drive long-term success. His peoplefocused leadership style has been key to his seamless transition from operations to asset management. Outside work, he enjoys playing table tennis and unwinding with movies, interests that keep him balanced and refreshed.
