Learning Stages
At Nirah Early Years, the world's best educational practices converge, fostering a realm led by children's curiosity and joy. We've shifted from traditional, teacher-led confines, championing a landscape where learning is a delightful voyage of discovery.
Our curriculum skillfully weaves in the educational wisdom of Finland, Reggio Emilia and Maria Montessori and is further enriched with elements from Play Inspired Learning and Multiple Intelligences – all fine-tuned to the high standards of the Nordic Education System and learning milestones of the IEYC Curriculum.
Every day at Nirah, activities are bridges to worlds of imagination, nurturing creative thought, confidence and heartfelt joy. Our learners don't just absorb; they thrive, radiating happiness and wisdom.

Explorers
(Ages 1 year to 2 years)
In our Explorers Programme, joy and comfort are at the heart of your child's introduction to the school environment. This one-and-a-half-hour session, conducted thrice a week, is delicately designed to foster the transition from home to school. With the reassuring presence of a parent or caregiver, these young learners are enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth, stimulating their natural curiosity and supporting their cognitive, socio-emotional and physical development through meaningful experiences and interactions.

Discoverers
(Ages 2 years to 3 years)
The Discoverers Programme is where little ones blossom. As they embark on this exciting stage, children gradually gain confidence and independence. Our approach nurtures their sense of wonder and the courage to ask "Why?" guiding them to answers through collaborative exploration with educators and peers. We focus on a sensorial learning experience, amplifying their eagerness to learn and enhancing their communication skills. Activities, both indoor and outdoor, are tailored for their evolving motor skills, while also instilling life skills and a sense of responsibility.

Inquirers
(Ages 3 years to 4 years)
Our Inquirers Programme is a tribute to the boundless curiosity of young minds. Adopting the "I Think, I See, I Wonder" approach, we encourage children to delve into experiences that bolster logical thinking, creativity and problem-solving. Preparation for formal learning environments doesn't compromise the joy of discovery; instead, it enhances cognitive abilities alongside fine and gross motor skills. Our unique Multiple Intelligences and STREAM curriculum are the backbones supporting the development of skills for life, learning, and literacy.

Innovators
(Ages 4 years to 5 years)
It is in the Innovators Programme that foundational skills meet the "Three R’s": Reading, wRiting, and aRithmatic, all within a context of joyous exploration. Here, literacy, numeracy and worldly awareness are not just subjects, but gateways to holistic growth. Additionally, the more structured routine works towards preparing the children for the formal school environment.

Inventors
(Ages 5 years to 6 years)
Skills acquired by the children are further honed in the Inventors Programme. Our Phenomenon Based Learning, a strategy adopted from the Finnish Education System, immerses children in multi-dimensional exploration, encouraging critical, creative and logical thinking. This pedagogy nurtures the ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively, shaping them into independent, compassionate thinkers.
