About Us

Our Philosophy

Embrace the extraordinary at Nirah Early Years, a haven where every child's unique sparkle is celebrated and their curiosity kindles all they do. Here, learning leaps into life, sparked by the children's own wonder and eagerness to explore. We're not just a preschool; we're a guiding light, empowering our little ones to confidently tread their own path, revel in their journey, and gather precious tales of discovery along the way.

Our Values

Integrity

Our community thrives on honest exchanges and respectful interactions, setting the stage for a lifetime of honourable values in action.

Curiosity

We foster critical and creative thinking, turning wonder into a vibrant thread woven into the fabric of every lesson.

Independence

Inventive play and problem-solving unfold in every nook, cultivating young minds poised for resilience and self-discovery

Nurturing

It’s a harmonious balance that cultivates not just learners, but compassionate individuals ready for life.

Mindfulness

Practices to enhance focus and foster empathy are not just routine; they're the essence of our respectful and sensitive learning culture.

Leadership Team

Nikitha Reddy

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Leading Nirah Early Years, Nikitha Reddy combines her academic background with a profound commitment to reimagining early education. Her Master's in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Edinburgh is the backbone of our innovative approach to learning, emphasising curiosity, joy, and independence.

Her intrinsic love for children, a profound understanding of their boundless curiosity, and an unspoken understanding of their yearning for an education that feels less like an obligation and more like an adventure is what motivated her to establish Nirah Early Years.

Her vision is to craft an institution where every corner echoes laughter, where learning isn't a chore but an exhilarating expedition. The goal is simple yet profound – to ensure that every child walks in with excitement and leaves each day with a desire to return, where the longing to stay and play becomes an integral part of their educational journey.

Neethi Srikumar

EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT

As a passionate educator and a lifelong learner, Neethi Srikumar has always prioritised the ‘HOW’ over the ‘WHAT’ in the learning process. Her diverse expertise spans from operations to curriculum design and school infrastructure.

Her notable tenure at The Shri Ram School and her role in establishing a greenfield school in Hyderabad as its Founder Principal have marked her as a leader in education. Following this, she brought her vision and leadership to Shri Educare Limited, serving as the Vice President of Operations until her retirement in 2021.

Never resting on her past laurels, Neethi enriched her knowledge with a Diploma from Finland, focusing on "Basics of Finnish ECE," and sought firsthand insights by visiting schools in Finland and Sweden. These experiences have informed her globally recognised approach to education. Now, as DIAMAIR's MD & CEO, Neethi advances nurturing and progressive learning, echoing Nirah Early Years' commitment to joyful education.

Awards and Recognitions:*Gold Medal for her Master’s in Education from M.S. University, Baroda (1984).*First Prize at the National Level awarded by Intel (“Teach to the Future Award”) for integrating technology into the curriculum (2002).
