Shipping Policy

At The Seamoss Co., we offer free shipping on all orders valued at Rs. 3000 or more.
Courier Services: We deliver our products primarily through reliable courier companies, Speed Post, Amazon, and Flipkart. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by these services or external factors beyond our control. Our goal is to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided in the order confirmation.
Delivery Issues: In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to factors beyond our control, such as poor courier service, inaccessibility of the delivery area, or force majeure events, we will notify you of the issue, cancel your order, and provide a full refund.

Cancellations

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched with a 10% deduction as transactional fees. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info.theseamossco@gmail.com . We will process your request and get back to you within 24 working hours.
Post Dispatch: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, please notify us of your intention to cancel and refuse the delivery when the delivery attempt is made. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated,” we will initiate the refund. The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.

Returns Policy

Quality Assurance: We ensure all shipments undergo two levels of packaging and inspection. Despite this, if there is damage or a defect, we offer replacements.
Replacement: To qualify for a replacement, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide proof of damage or defect with photos and videos of the package, including the shipping labeland invoice slip.
Out of Stock: If the returned product is out of stock, we will process a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
