Mr. Prasad Kalla pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Victoria University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. Indeed, part of his motivation for coming to Australia was the opportunity to experience first-hand a different culture and environment. He migrated from a town by the name of Khammam in Andhra Pradesh (India). He has the good fortune to work in many multicultural environments, both in gaining academic skills, achieving business & social settings.

He has the experience of working with and gaining education from people of a wide cross-section of cultural and economic backgrounds.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

He was brought up in the State of Andhra Pradesh & studied in the State of Karnataka in India for engineering graduation in Computer Science from Bangalore University where he must study with people of different cultural backgrounds. Much of his experience has been in teams. The BOSS (Aust) Consulting Pty Ltd itself today under leadership of Mr. Prasad Kalla has 26 Petrol & Convenience Stores under BP Banner of both Freehold and Leasehold where Mr. Prasad values the benefits of cultural diversity at workplace with aim of national unity, community harmony and maintenance of cultural & ethical values. Mr. Prasad is working very closely with people of different cultural and linguistic diversity in BOSS (Aust) Consulting Pty Ltd.

Mr. Prasad agrees in building prosperity by supporting a broad range of causes through donation and sponsorship. He encourages his employees to participate in social and charitable programs. He volunteers some of his time, talent, and resources to address local community needs. Mr. Prasad employs local people, sources locally, and strengthens the community.

As a part of its social responsibility, he contributes to various funds including Religious Organizations, flood affected people and to the people who were affected by the natural calamities.
