Srinivas Tellakula leads the Acquisitions and Developments vertical at BOSS Group, driving the \nidentification of prime properties and execution of high-impact projects. His journey began in \nAustralia as a part-time console operator, where his curiosity for the business led him to build \ngreenfield service stations gaining hands-on exposure to land acquisition and council \nregulations. This experience steered him toward residential development, prompting him to \nobtain a full real estate license in Queensland and later found Elite Construction and Projects. \nHis academic background in Agriculture and Environmental Engineering continues to influence \nhis commitment to sustainable development across all projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

With expertise spanning real estate acquisition, due diligence, project management, and market \nstrategy, Srinivas has played a key role in expanding BOSS Group's portfolio. He has \nsuccessfully delivered high-profile developments on time and within budget while fostering \nstrategic partnerships and operational efficiencies. His leadership style is rooted in \ntransparency, integrity, and collaboration, empowering his teams to uphold the highest \nstandards.
